Henna Design

My latest henna designs. Sorry the pictures are not in order. Shown is my hand with the henna paste still on, then wrapped up by Craig so I could sleep with it on. Then the pics with the paste removed *after* about a day. When the paste was first removed the designs were more orange. They also darkened further. This was my first time using eyeliner to work out my design before applying the henna.

Large Painting Post

I have been through a lot in the last few years, got married, had a major surgery and 3 more after that, and my mom passed away. My painting was put on a far back burner. These paintings are the few I painted in the last few years 08-11.

Giant Cupcake!

I made this huge cupcake for my husband's birthday with a baking set my mother in law got for me. The cake is marble cake, there's a space in the center thats filled with fudge pudding made with less milk so its thick. The blue "wrapper" is done with fondant that I dyed blue, and the sprinkles are huge sprinkles I found in the baking section of a craft store. This was the first time I ever used fondant.
